Save Some Cash

Ok, I talked about this before but I guess nobody wants to save money. Saving money is almost as good as making money, if you don't have to spend it it's still there. Right?
I'm talking about those of you who accept credit cards in whatever manner you do it, be it Pay Pal or in the store scanning. You can save cash on the fees that are charged for every scan, possibly as much as 40%. Wouldn't that be worth at least checking it out? Are you so stuck in your ways you don't want to take a chance on changing something, that you might actually be able to save? All it takes is a little time to call, 919-749-8735 or 919-749-8755 or e-mail triangleprocessing@gmail.com and refer to1818 so I get credit. Let the people that answer those numbers explain how it works. They will guarantee that if they can't save you money they will pay you $500. What's to lose? NOTHING.

Save $$ on Credit Card Processing

Save money on processing credit cards on your business accounts! Everyone knows about Pay Pal and Alert Pay right? What if I told you you could save money by switching to NAB? Would you be interested? What if I told you that if you signed up and you don't save money you will be reimbursed $500? Now are you curious? I have stumbled onto a company that will beat the charges that you incur simply allowing your customers to use credit cards. I did not know that PayPal charges 4% per transaction, guess I didn't read the fine print, or didn't care at the time. With NAB it drops to 2.5% or less. So, are you curious yet?
All it takes is a 5 minute phone call or even a simple e-mail to learn how you can start saving money.
Refer to the reference number 1818 and
Call 919-749-8755 or fax: 919-239-4629
Email: brandy@brandycraft.com or chestergriffis@gmail.com
Don't wait! There is a promotion this month!
This is applicable to anyone with an account to process credit cards, be it online or in a physical store, or both.
Give us a call or email and get going soon, you're wasting money!

Mexican Food Feeling Spicy

http://www.mexicanfood.brandycraft.com is for those of you who like a little spice in their life. Mexican recipes and ideas for enriching your own recipes with the addition of peppers. Southern food is wonderful all by itself but what about adding some chili peppers to those dishes and giving them a new flavor? Chili cheese grits. How's that for a new twist on a simple dish? That is one idea in the South by Southwest cookbook, among many others.

You also get information on the care that needs to be taken when learning to roast chilies. You get a list of the different chilies and how hot they are or are not. I would also welcome any questions you may have about the recipes or even thoughts you may have for more. There will be a second volume. Visit the site soon and get your own copy of South by Southwest. Order the book and get the PDF free. http://www.mexicanfood.brandycraft.com has a variety of info by itself. Enjoy and sign the mailing list.

Brand New Site for Mexican Food

Mexican food is very popular with most people and having the instructions to make your own meals is even better. Trust me Taco Bell is NOT really Mexican food, they try but they miss the mark. There is nothing that compares to learning to make your own with fresh ingredients. In my cookbook, 'South by Southwest', I give instructions on the different peppers and how to roast and use them in recipes. There are a wide variety of peppers, everything from the well know bell pepper and it's mild flavor to the habanero chili pepper for those who are not a stranger to HOT. They all have their place in Mexican cooking or in Tex-Mex recipes that are a staple in the southwest. In 'South by Southwest' I am trying to get you to realize that chili peppers can be added to almost any main dish and several side dishes with the benefit of superior flavor. There is also a huge advantage as a source of vitamins. Chili peppers have more vitamin C than oranges. I know when I use chilies in my cooking I have a much lower incidence of colds and sinus problems. We can all use that. The biggest problem I've had is finding quality green chili peppers in NC. I'm still amused by one of the people at the local farmers market that is growing some really nice peppers, she said she was growing them because there is a market for them but she said, "I have no clue what to do with them". This is part of the reason for the addition of instructions in my book. If you haven't been raised around peppers, learned to roast them and how NOT to end up with "chili fingers" you need some kind of help. With all of that in mind I plan on doing some enlightening on the pages of this blog, so check back and see what you find, or better yet go get the cookbook at either mexicanfood.brandycraft.com or brandycraft.com or southbysouthwest.brandycraft.com. It's multiple choice! and you can get the actual book or simply download a PDF. Wahoo! more choices! Enjoy the menu.
